This form along with payment must be postmarked by the Deadline Date to Receive any Discounted Prices. Early-Bird allows a discount off of the following items: Full-Access Pass, Guest Pass, Models Contest, Designers Registrations or Contests, Kids Fashion Show, International Showcase, Nails Show, Job Fair, Talent Showcase.
Pre-registrations must be mailed in, emailed in (via the online registration form or conducted in-person.)

This special is great for models or individuals who want photos to add to their portfolio, need a photo to submit to an agency for consideration or just want to get a feel of a photo shoot. Note: You must purchase a ticket to receive $10 photo special.

or ____ Fashion Model Contest, $100 entry
Models who were not able to enter into CT Fashion Week and/or models and agencies who would like to compete for this competition enter for $100.00. Agencies: Add $20.00 for every model after the first model. Paypal will not accept funds over $100, so please send a check/moneyorder if entering a large group. The "International Style" category is for the model who can attend in person. The web model category is for models who are long distance away. A photo must be sent in via e-mail and payment by regular mail.

or ____ Kids Fashion Show, ages 4-12 $20 registration/audition fee
Children age 4-17 have the opportunity to feature attire through this fashion show. Models practice expediting via audition, rehearsal and practice stage presence and confidence building techniques.

or ____ CT Fashion Week Model, $20 registration/audition fee
Pre-Screened Models and Designers get a chance to be in the fashion spotlight and wear the elite attire of CT Fashion Week fashion designers. Through audition, rehearsal, show prep and business training-models receive promotions from this aspect of the event.

or ____ Designers Contest, $50 sketches (limit: up to 10 sketches for this category).
Fashion Designers from all over the world get a chance to show off their attire and contest for the “2012 CT Fashion Week Sketch Designer Award”.

or ____ Designers Contest, $100 "Complete Attire" (limit: up to 10 completed outfits for this category). Please add an additional $20 for each model you enter. Designers can utilize CT Fashion Week models free of charge.
Fashion Designers get a chance to show off their attire and contest for the “2012 CT Fashion Week Fashion Designer Award”.

or ____ Network Guru & 4-Hour Vending, $50 table set-up per day
Designers, vendors, individuals, models, and industry professionals have the opportunity to set up their own table and sell merchandise and network. 6 ft. tables included. Limit: 2 reps per company. If you are vending/setting up in the "Network Guru" please send a 20+ word description of what you plan to sell/distribute to ctfashionweek@gmail.com)

or ____ Talent Showcase, $20 per person admission fee
Serious performing artists and models get a chance to showcase their acts.

or ____ Makeup Seminar ____Runway ___Dance ___Stage,$50 per session for Speakers/Presenters
Condensed intense Runway, Dance, Theatre workshops scheduled   throughout the day.

or ____ CT Fashion Week Program Book Ads. IMANI Publications Program Ad (Monthly Print Version), $2.00 Along with you or your company's professional photo and contact info in IMANI Online. You will also be added to our yahoogroups online mailing list and may receive weekly updates on www.imanimagazine.com      $2 for 1 (2"x2")ad.
