2005 Int'l Fashion & Talent Expo Tour Form

This form along with payment and early-bird discount coupon must be postmarked by the Early-Bird Registration Coupon Date to Receive the Early-Bird Price. Early-Bird allows 75% off of the following items: Full-Access Pass, Guest Pass, Models Contest, Designers Contest, Kids Fashion Show, International Showcase, Designers Contest, Network Guru, Talent Showcase. The Early-Bird Registration Deadline is March 31, 2005. First Expo to be held May 21st 2005 in Washington, DC Area (TBA). Pre-registrations must be mailed in. This special is great for models or individuals who want photos to add to their portfolio, need a photo to submit to an agency for consideration or just want to get a feel of a photo shoot. You can enter ento the Face Competition with this option. Note: You must purchase a ticket to receive $5 photo special.

or ____ Fashion Model Contest, $100 entry
Models who were not able to enter into the International Fashion Show aspect of the expo and/or models and agencies who would like to compete for this competition enter for $100.00. Agencies: Add $20.00 for every model after the first model. Paypal will not accept funds over $100, so please send a check/moneyorder if entering a large group. The "International Style" category is for the model who can attend in person. The web model category is for models who are long distance away. A photo must be sent in via e-mail and payment by regular mail.

or ____ Kids Fashion Show, $80
Children age 4-17 have the opportunity to feature international attire through this fashion show. Models practice expediting via audition, rehearsal and practice stage presence and confidence building techniques.

or ____ Int’l Fashion Show , $100Outs
Selected Models and Designers get a chance to be in the fashion spotlight and wear the elite attire of international fashion designers. Through audition, rehearsal, show prep and business training-models receive recognition from this aspect of the event.
or ____ Designers Contest, $50 sketches (limit: up to 10 sketches for this category).
Fashion Designers from all over the world get a chance to show off their attire and contest for the “2004 International Fashion Designer Award”.

or ____ Designers Contest, $100 "Complete Attire" (limit: up to 10 completed outfits for this category). Please add an additional $20 for each model you enter. Designers can utilize expo models free of charge.
